What should I clarify when the purchaser and intended recipient are different?
Check whether the seller supports your intended recipient arrangement. Keep any agreed arrangement in writing for future reference.
What should I check before agreeing to a seller's proposed resolution?
Check whether the proposal addresses your original concern rather than a different problem. If an alternative product is involved, confirm its exact option and scope.
What should I check if an offer requires a minimum purchase?
Ask whether the requirement applies in your selected region. Use the seller's stated calculation rather than an assumed interpretation.
