What should I check before asking someone else to manage my order?
Check the seller's process for communicating with someone other than the original buyer. Use any supported authorization method rather than inventing an informal workaround.

Explain if the error could prevent a required next step. Check that other correct details remain accurate in the revised record.
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Check the order history available through the purchase channel before placing another order. Consider whether a typing error may have affected the supplied contact details.
